KDM Hire Cuts Transport Admin with PHALANX from Spartan Solutions
KDM Hire, a family-run business and one of Ireland’s leading equipment rental companies, has partnered with Spartan Solutions to deploy PHALANX, software designed to work reliably even when mobile coverage is patchy or unavailable.
Operating across Northern and Southern Ireland with over 200 employees, KDM Hire is now using PHALANX to manage transport planning, deliveries, exchanges, site moves and collections. The software connects drivers, transport planners, hire desk staff and yard teams, ensuring everyone works from the same information.
PHALANX integrates with KDM Hire’s existing Rental Software, automatically syncing captured information when connectivity returns. The mobile app captures photos, damages, missing items, and customer signatures offline, reducing manual reconciliation and speeding up job closeout.
